Field Case · 01 Methodology Genera

Operations, played as a continuous game.

06 Dimensions adapted per move
Genera Operations
Overview SI / CASE

Genera Operations is the autonomous goal engine inside Genera. It treats multi-channel customer journey management as an interactive game — the system responds to user actions in real time until predefined outcomes are achieved.

The Loop § 01

Hooks → System → Goals

Every operation runs on three pieces working in continuous loop. The system reads each user's move — opens, clicks, replies, silences — and responds with the next move across channels, content and cadence.

01

Hooks

Initial touchpoints triggered across channels — email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, in-app.

02

System

The autonomous engine that reads every signal and decides the next action per user.

03

Goals

Desired outcomes — subscriptions, contracts, enrollments, conversions, renewals.

Six dimensions per move § 02

Every adjustment, every time.

When the system responds, it doesn't just pick a message — it adapts across six independent dimensions, calibrated for the specific user and the current state of the board.

01

Goal

Primary + secondary objectives.

02

Channel

Email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, in-app.

03

Asset

Pages, messages, banners, documents.

04

Format

Text, image, video, voice, interactive.

05

Content

Subject, body, tone, length, CTA.

06

Cadence

Timing, frequency, stop conditions.

Two operating modes § 03

Audience and 1:1.

Operations can move at the scale of a segment or down to the individual. Audience mode plays moves segment-wide. 1:1 mode microsegments per user with real-time personalization.

The metaphor § 04

Define the board. Set the goal. Genera plays every move.

Linear automation thinks in funnels and drip campaigns. Genera Operations thinks in moves. Users and system alternate actions on a continuous board until the goal is reached — automation reframed as strategic gameplay.
